There are other posts on the forum referring to the error message:

******************, but those reports seem to be related to a 64-bit problem. I’m using 32-bit Vista Business.
Are there any prerequisite installs that need to be performed, prior to trying out the latest version of Blue?
I’m currently using Intellij IDEA, and have at least the basic Java components for that.

Resolved. Took a few steps, but I’m not sure which made the difference:
1) Downloaded the Spring version.
2) Tried to install the Spring version, got an 7-zip error, internal code 106.
3) Disconnected from the web, and then disabled Webroot Internet Security (anti-virus & anti-spyware)
4) Spring installed successfully.
5) Installed Blue, sucessfully.
I’m not certain whether disabling the Anti-virus did the trick, or installing Spring first, made the difference. But everything seems to be working.
