For some reason, when I go to Windows, Preferences, I am missing a number of options (Workbench and MyEclipse are two.)

Has anyone experienced this, and if so how did you correct.

This is because you are using the Eclipse JDT download and not the required Eclipse SDK download instead.

NOTE: Eclipse 2.x / MyEclipse 2.x development is no longer supported.
