I cannot find the information anywhere for how the experimental HTML WYSIWYG editor is configured to be active on Linux for 5.5…can someone give me a URL?

I thought the WYSIWYG editor was complete for Linux…why these steps to use it anyhow?

    Thanks!

No, it’s still marked experimental and disabled on Linux due to instabilities we didn’t have time to fix.

But I *did* see instructions somewhere on how to enable to experimental editor, that’s what I was after here. I realize it’s experimental but I’d like to try and use it…I just can’t find the instructions on how to enable it.

When will it be complete? It’s strange that I bought two pro subscriptions – one for Windows and one for Linux…and I can’t work the same w/ the same tools when I’m on my Linux laptop.

    Thanks again.

You can go to Help > Help Contents > MyEclipse Learning Center > Release and Technical Notes > MyEclipse 5.5.0 GA Release notes and read about the *MyEclipse on Linux Version Known Issues*
