>What is the problem????No problem on our end. We work through user issues and how-tos questions as quickly as we can without consideration of the user’s status. Our support load varies on a day to day basis. Sometimes it is light and frequently we get slammed with heavy load, especially during holiday periods when teammates are off.
So I scanned your posts and I see the only topic that is outstanding other than this youtube topic is a post regarding zooming. Looks like it might have slipped past us. So I’ll answer it now – there is no zoom action. We can show you how to relax the the entire screen scale setting but you will not like it (it will break your UI when you zoom it). If you want to do something like create an image gallery then please know it is on our todo list.
With your youtube question we are planning to introduce a youtube player widget in the near future. Until then there are manual integration methods. We have other issues in the queue that came in ahead of your question. We will follow up asap.
