Steps to replicate :

1. Install Saros from Eclipse Marketplace.
2. Window > Show View > Saros.
3. Notice the yellow border displayed in the view : https://gyazo.com/e5ba18cd77d3b82058d9826d666cab92
4. The border is grey in Eclipse Dark theme (without DD installed) :
