Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers on Linux x86_64.
Version: Oxygen Release Milestone 6 (4.7.0 M6)
Build id: 20170316-1528

gnome-shell-3.24.0-1.1.x86_64
gtk3-data-3.22.11-1.1.noarch

Steps to replicate :

1.Install Darkest Dark plugin and go to Help > Install New Software.
2. Open drop down list for Work with field and grey background is displayed for the entries. Screenshot : https://gyazo.com/121b5d636a4cb4d6aedc119c2c0275ef

P.S : Display is fine in Oxygen M6 and Windows 10.
