– Windows 7 64 bit
– Eclipse Neon.3 + Darkest Dark

Open Resource (Ctrl + Shift + R) and start typing the name of an existing resource. Notice the highlight color is light, making it difficult to read (See Screenshot).

NOTE: In Widows 10 64 bit the highlight color is much better and readable.
