Move to use the official shortcuts (either intercept or whatevr) or make our own shortcuts that are configurable.

Old default shortcuts for Replace and Replace All cannot be applied as they relay on ALT+Key combination which cannot be supported by us. In result, we made our custom shortcuts customizable through Preferences -> Keys.
