Environment :

Using KDE Neon 5.12
– Plasma: 5.12.4
– Frameworks: 5.44.0
– Qt: 5.10.0

Eclipse Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a).
java version “1.8.0_161”

User installed DevStyle and reports that the menu bar UI is not consistent and most buttons are missing the padding and are hard to read.

P.S : We could replicate the problem using KDE for dark themes. Light themes seem to be fine.
