BIRT report preview not working

    I cannot get the BIRT report preview to function. I’m using MyEclipse with CodeMix Bundle v2019.12.5 under macOS Catalina v10.15.2. The same report has functioned without issue in the past few prior versions of MyEclipse. I’ve tried with both the internal web browser and two external web browsers: Safari and Chrome. Attached are screen shots of the error in all three scenerios. Ideas anyone?

    Thank you for reporting this issue. I could replicate the problem at my end too.
    I have filed a bug report for the dev team to look into it. I am afraid there is no workaround at this point of time.

    Thanks for the quick response. Is there an ETA?This issue seems to be going for at least 4 months on this thread.
    I started downloading previous releases of the IDE and found it working back in 2017.
    An updated working version would be great.

    Hello! We have a fix for this issue and it will be available in MyEclipse 2020 scheduled for this Wednesday 🙂

    Reporting is available with Professional license and higher (Spring/Blue/Bling).

    Was the new release available for the Mac? If so, can you provide a link?

    I’m happy to announce that MyEclipse 2020.5.18 is out and it contains a really good set of new features and fixes included a fix for BIRT report preview. You can find the new installers at the download page.
