Thank you for your interest in DevStyle. Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
It looks like a problem with the Eclipse installation i.e missing bundle.

Can you please give us some more details?

1. Is this a fresh installation of Eclipse? Can you please share the Eclipse version and distribution details from Help > About Eclipse IDE section?. Distribution is whether it is Eclipse IDE for JEE/ Java/C/C++ or PHP etc.

2. Go to Help > About Eclipse IDE > Installation Details > Plug-ins tab and type : org.eclipse.search and let us know if the bundle is found and if yes, then share its version with us.

3. It is not clear where you Eclipse installation is located when you say under path mingw. Is the Eclipse installation located in this path? C:\MinGW\bin

4. Can you please grab a fresh install of Eclipse and try installing DevStyle to rule out issues with existing Eclipse installation?
