I’ve recently upgraded MyEclipse from 10.7.1 to MyEclipse 15 3.0 stable. I work on Websphere 7 on a Windows 8.1 64 bit. I have the same problem as here.
The stacktraces in my console doesn’t directly point to my source code. The function doesn’t work in both in workspace deployment as well as classic deployment. Usually I work with the jrebel plugin activated, but still the linkage doesn’t work with or without the plugin activated. The Java Stacktrace Console works as expected.

Is there a workaround or something to fix this?

    Gianluca84,

It is a known issue and we already have a bug filed for it. I am afraid I cannot give you a timeline for the fix at this point of time. We will keep you posted about the fix schedule.

As a workaround, you can copy the stack trace from the console to the ‘Java Stack Trace Console’ which displays the stack trace in a nice formatted manner providing the hyperlink support to jump to the code location.

    Sorry for inconvenience caused.
