    Hi,

When I link web.xml from file system to web module, I cannot save it using Ctrl+S, but I can save it by clicking Saving button.

    jiuding,
I could not replicate the issue at my end. Can you give some more information?
    1. Are there any errors in the problems window or in the log file located at workspace dir > .metadata > .log?
    2. Can you switch to a new workspace and check if the issue persists?
    3. Can you list out the steps in detail to reproduce the above issue?
