    Your installation got corrupted some how. Notice how all the NoClassDefFoundErrors are describing core Eclipse platform classes? That’s never a good sign, usually indicates either a stale cache or a corrupt install.

    Try restarting with -clean command line argument and see if that helps. Otherwise I would suggest a clean reinstall of Eclipse 3.2.1 SDK and MyEclipse 5.0.1
