I am having the same problem on my new laptop(all worked on the old one). (Support Ticket #ONF-573-15003)
I went over this forum details and it is exactly matches. I see no updates since August 2. Were you able to resolve it at that time?

I’ve responded on the support ticket but installing git-bash separately and ensuring that there is no git-bash folder in the .webclipse folder solved the problem in this case.
