What version of MyEclipse are you working with? You will have to go to Debug As > Open Debug Dialog > Java Script Application and create a new configuration and hit Debug.

I had said to you that i don’t have “JAVAScript Application” item in my debug dialog !

I pointed out that you will have to go to Debug As > Open Debug Dialog > Java Script Application and create a new configuration and hit Debug.

Let me know what result you get.

It’s kind of hidden in the Run menu in the menubar at the top of the screen, Alt-R gets you there, then press B to select the “Open Debug Dialog…” item, that brings us the requested dialog. In the list on the left there is a “JavaScript Application item” you should select, then the right side of the dialog shows the description of the icons available. The New button creates a new debug configuration for you.

This is what I’m referring to. Incase you dont see this option, can you create a new Web Project and check if this option shows up for the Web Project.

Isn’t JavaScript Debug only available in the Professional subscription, and not in Standard subscription, this might be the cause of the confusion. I’m iunable to detect this from the above settings listing.

This could be a subscription issue. You correctly pointed out that JavaScript debugging is only available with Professional Subscription.

mj.developer, are you working with a standard license?

I don’t know that what is my MyEclipse edition ( Professional or Standard ? ).Just i can say to you that i have downloaded it from http://www.myeclipseide.com and now i’m using it.and, my question is what is my MyEclipse edition ( Professional or Standard ? ), if my MyEclipse edition is Standard then i have to get the Professional edition for debug JAVAScript source codes.
