    Are you working with the trial version of MyEclipse or have you purchased a ME license? The license determines what features will be unlocked for you.

    No, My ME is trial.

    The JavaScript debug should be available in the trial version. Can you switch to a new workspace (File > Switch Workspace > Temp), create a new web project and check if this JavaScript option shows up.

    I have switched my workspace and now my debug dialog has JAVAScript Application item.
