In a web application pease do not attempt to compile all JSP’s present in the project – only the ones under the context root should be compiled.

It is very annoying te get all those error messages stating that a JSP is not under the context root – it is not supposed to be!!

This has been brought to our attention and we are working on some enhancements to MyEclipse that will make managing projects that are not in the format of an exploded war much easier. Sorry for the trouble.
