I’m getting the following error dialog when editing javascript inside a jsp:
‘Selection Job titile’ has encountered a problem
error retrieving AST from ProviderThe error log shows error in plut-ing com.genuitec.javascript.ui.epl
The only cure is shutting down and restarting, but it recurs.

Can you try the following steps :
1)Using -clean when starting your IDE as mentioned in the link below:

3) From Pulse do a “Reinstall then Run” for your MyEclipse version under My Profiles.
