I would like to have the markdown preview to open into a standard eclipse editor so that I can embed it into existing panels within the eclipse workbench. This would allow for a tabbed view where I could put other editors/views next to the preview or add into an existing view panel. Basically the when you click the top right expand arrow called ‘Detach Browser From Workbench’ will detach into a separate window which can’t be integrated elsewhere in the workbench.

That’s a good feature request – thank you for asking! We won’t be able to deliver it in the release we coming up, but hopefully in a release or two post that. I’ll update this thread when available.
