According to the official blog post here https://www.genuitec.com/myeclipse-2020-5-18/, this release added support for Java 14.

I am not seeing it, however.

I only see 1.3 to JDK 13 in the compliance level dropdown. I have both the openjdk distro and the oracle distro on my machine. I have tried everything under the sun to get 14 to show up.

Does anyone know what I am missing? I figured support for java 14 would be out of the box. A coworker downloaded a fresh install of 2020.05.18 yesterday and he has the same issue as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. I’m terribly sorry, this is an unexpected bug. But the solution is simple and we are going to do a hotfix release due tomorrow to properly handle it. Please stay tuned!

I’m happy to announce the fix is now live. You can update MyEclipse by doing Help > Check for updates. Or you can download the new installer available at the MyEclipse download page.
