Is WS-Security Supported in this version of MyEclipse Blue?

Yes we support WS-Security in MyEclipse Blue 9.1.

Are the deployment descriptors for websphere generated for you ? Or something we need to do ourselves manually or through the Admin Console?

There is information on using WS-Security at this link.
