Hi,
Pulse is unable to connect as ‘https://www.poweredbypulse.com:443’ is unreachable.
Not in a position to upgrade to new version now.
Can Somebody provide a quick fix solution for this?

Versions earlier than MyEclipse 2014 are no longer fully supported. I strongly recommend you update to our latest release MyEclipse 2015.
Are you seeing the error when trying to install a plugin? Please share the details.
I am afraid we cannot provide any quick fix for MyEclipse 8.6.x as it is quite an older version and not recommended to work with. Moving to the latest release of MyEclipse is the recommended solution.
Please download the MyEclipse 2015 CI/Stable installer from here : https://www.genuitec.com/products/myeclipse/download/
Install the latest release to a different location alongside your existing installation. The license you currently hold is valid for the latest release as well.
