    in windows10
    The correct MD5 on the official website: ed656c210fafac4e08c364bf383863c6
    MD5 for downloading files: 2BB6ED29194863D830566D8AE3FE4BDD
    file name : myeclipse-2023.1.2-offline-installer-windows.exe
    url1 is error: https://www.genuitec.com/download/myeclipse/installers/me-2023.1.2/myeclipse-2023.1.2-offline-installer-windows.exe
    url2 is error : https://downloads.genuitec.com/downloads/myeclipse/installers/me-2023.1.2/myeclipse-2023.1.2-offline-installer-windows.exe
    when i start install then The displayed image is as follows
    i can not install 2023.1.2

    Hi,

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue with the installer download. I retested the download for MyEclipse offline installer and the md5 sum also matches with the one mentioned on the website.
    Can you please clarify if the download size matches at your end? around 1.6 GB?
    Any antivirus or firewall which might be blocking the download? Please ensure genuitec.com is not blocked/flagged.
    Retry the download from here and let us know if you are still seeing issues : https://www.genuitec.com/products/myeclipse/download/

    Hi,

    Thank you for the screenshot.
    Can you please clarify if you have tried to download the installer using the link I shared and rechecked your AV/Firewall settings?
    If possible, turn off your AV temporarily till MyEclipse installer downloads and see how it proceeds.

    zlay,

    On further investigation, we’ve found one of our servers with a corrupt Windows installer. While we’re still tracking this down to see if other servers are affected, please go ahead and re-attempt the download. I would also recommend using the download page and not hitting the file directly, so that it can be optimally served to you.

    Please let me know if this works and apologies for the inconvenience caused – we appreciate the report and all the details shared.

    I have downloaded the correct file, This issue has been fixed
    MD5 is consistent with the official website
