Which release of MyEclipse are you working with? The latest release doesn’t have this issue but some earlier releases did. Upgrading to Yosemite would have removed any legacy Java installation that you had.
If you don’t want to install the legacy Java SE 6 runtime, you will need to upgrade to a recent release (preferably release 2015, available from the download page). However, if you wish to keep your current MyEclipse release, then you will need to click the “More Info” button, when you get the error message and follow the instructions on that page.
