Hi

We have 2 users with one MyEclipse license each, unfortunately one of the users has left the company, if we manage to get ahold of his login to his account is it possible to transfer the MyEclipse license that he purchased on the company card to a new user/employee?

A single user license can be installed and operated on upto 2 development machines provided you may only operate MyEclipse on one machine at any given time. If the license is bought with your company account, you can share the email address used to purchase the license and we can take a look at the license usage.
