Just finished a great session with Brian from support – managed to sort out all the timeout problems and everything is working smoothly. Just like to thank them for spending a lot of time getting it sorted. They will be improving the plugin loader.
Once again many thanks and I hope to use the My Eclipse tool for a lot longer.

For any of those that missed it these are the good settings to place in the pulse2.properties file:

com.genuitec.pulse.client.connect.time.before.switch=180000
com.genuitec.pulse.client.download.stall.timeout=180000
com.genuitec.pulse.client.download.time.before.switch=180000

It gives the system about 3 mins waiting time.

I appreciate you hanging in there and helping us get to the bottom of these issues. I filed two bugs as a result of our discussions and they are being worked on right now. Will update this thread as more details become available.
