Look to attached screenshot. Scrollbars are not colorized and talbe headers too.

I installed dark theme on new workspace.

Thank you for trying the Darkest Dark theme. The headers in Views like for example:Problems view are from a Tree (not a Table) and there is no API to set background color to Tree Headers (drawn by OS).

Our customized scrollbars cannot be applied to some components, like for example: the Canvas in Image Preview, as it is known to cause oddities in those areas.

And what about breakpoints panel? There also can not be used customized scrollbars?

I am afraid the flat scrollbars cannot be applied to the Breakpoints view. We have intentionally left some of the views out as it is known to cause oddities if we apply our customized scrollbars.
