I just got a report from company infosec about the command “wmic /Namespace:\\root\SecurityCenter2 Path AntivirusProduct Get displayName,productState” was executed on my system and was observed to be spawned from the grandparent application “myeclipse.exe”
My Eclipse Version: 2023.1.2
Build id: 16.0.0-20230705

As I remember it’s a “vanilla” My Eclipse installation and I don’t have any outside plugins.

We do run WMIC in MyEclipse to support some CodeTogether features on Windows. CodeTogether (also developed by us) is bundled with vanilla MyEclipse. Did you start a CodeTogether session or maybe open the CodeTogether view in the IDE?

I don’t remember starting a CodeTogether or opening a CodeTogether view; the touch pad on this laptop can be finicky though.
