When using the theme in photon in source code views the last line is not shown, Its rather hidden under the horizontal scrollbar. This is similar to bug https://github.com/fappel/xiliary/issues/87. By removing the following section

flat-scroll-bar-thumb: #73828c;
flat-scroll-bar-page-increment: #3e464c;
/* flat-scroll-bar-background-top-level: #1c1f22;*/
}
from com.genuitec.eclipse.theming.css_1.10.0.201801162128.jar!\css\scrolling.css the problem can be solved.
