    I’ve recently updated MyEclipse to:

    Version: 4.0.100
    Build id: 20051103-4.1-Milestone1

Our development team is starting to use Spring + Hibernate so i downloaded the latest MyEclipse version to take advantage of the new Spring + Hibernate features. So far, so good. I do have one request though. I think it would be great to have the ability to have multiple “Session Factory IDs.” We’re developing an intranet that accesses many databases. Currently what i have to do is go into the “MyEclipse-Hibernate” project properties and change my “Session Factory ID” whenever i need to use a different database. After which i can go into the DB Browser and create my Hibernate mapping.

    Thanks.

    Russ,

We will discuss this internally, but would a SessionFactory ID combo / drop-down in the dialog that pops up before you generate the mapping help?

    Best,
    Brian.
