The dropdown arrows on the toolbar have very low contrast with the toolbar background when using a dark theme, making them difficult to see.

Thank you for the screenshot. The dropdown arrow is rendered by the OS and unfortunately we cannot configure it. Since this is an issue in SWT itself (and Eclipse’s Dark them also has this issue) we hope they will fix it in the future.
It looks like Eclipse guys are already working on the fix.
