    All Genuitec products include world-class support via our staff and community supported forums. Subscription products, like MyEclipse, also include free upgrades to newer releases (both major and minor) during the subscription period.

    We take product quality very seriously and actively solicit and fix product issues in our service releases. However, since MyEclipse users can always upgrade to the current release at any time, we only ship new service releases for either the prior or current year’s release train. To see the current release train status, please visit the MyEclipse Road Map page.

    If additional levels of support are desired, Genuitec has several options listed on the Advanced Services page on the Genuitec website.
