IDE Package: Eclipse for Java Developer
    IDE Version: Eclipse Oxygen(4.7)

Assuming I’ve opened two files, selecting a different file will cause a white scroll bar to appear at the bottom and right of Eclipse.

Also, it is hard to read the memory usage. It is likely to look better if the color is white.

    Sorry for bad English.

    perasite,

Thank you for the screenshots. I see the white scrollbars appear when switching between files in the editor at my end though it switches to the original scrollbars once the other file is in focus.
I have filed it for further investigation with the dev team.

Regarding the Heap Status display problem, I have raised a bug for the dev team to fix it. We will keep you posted about the fixes for the reported problems.

Thank you for reporting. Sorry for inconvenience caused.

And the “Quick Search” text in the upper right corner of eclipse should be white.
