    gao123,

Sorry that you are seeing this issue. Versions earlier than MyEclipse 2014 are no longer fully supported.
I recommend you update to MyEclipse 2015, our latest release based on Eclipse Luna.

MyEclipse 2015 is a unified product which means you do not need to download a separate installer for Blue/Bling/Spring. The features are available according to the license you apply.
You can download the latest MyEclipse 2015 installer from here and install it to a different location alongside your existing MyEclipse 2013 install: https://www.genuitec.com/products/myeclipse/download/
The license you currently hold is valid for MyEclipse 2015 as well.

If you have any constraints moving to MyEclipse 2015 at this point of time, please let us know. Also ‘PM’ us your license details to help us verify our support.

    gao123,

The JVM needs contiguous memory and it depends on what else is running, what was running before, and how Windows has managed memory. With 32 bit Windows, it is not possible to get larger chunks of contiguous memory. If possible, please switch to a 64 bit OS and 64 bit JVM to make use of more available memory.

There might be also be other applications which are running in your machine that might be consuming more memory, leaving less memory for MyEclipse to start with.

You can try cleaning up the system and remove unnecessary programs. Also try reducing the MaxPermSize to 128m and check. Hope this helps.
