support-swapnaModeratorRick,
Darkest Dark plugin is already packaged with MyEclipse 2017. You do not have to install it separately.
You can set the theme to ‘Darkest Dark’ in the Window > Preferences > General > Appearance page.
The Darkest Dark preferences page is available under General > Appearance > Darkest Dark. Please let us know how it works for you.

Aaron LaraMember@danimelo, DevStyle requires at least Eclipse 4.6 (Neon). I suggest updating your Eclipse Installation before installing DevStyle.
Cheers!

support-swapnaModeratorHi,
It would seem like CCS does not include the Eclipse update site references that would allow P2 to fetch additionally required plugins during installation.
Go to Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites and ensure the following site is added and enabled.
For CCS9 (based on Eclipse 4.8): https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.8/
If you’re installing Darkest Dark from the marketplace, this should allow the installation to proceed. If you’re installing using our update site http://www.genuitec.com/updates/devstyle/ci/ ensure that the _Contact all update sites during install to find required software_ checkbox is checked.
Hope this helps. Please let us know how you get on with it.

Sriharirao MParticipantHi,
I love the genuitec dark theme. This is my default plugin when ever I download new eclipse/STS tool.
But suddenly this plugin is not working from past few month.Today I have tried to install plugin from marketplace but STS tool is showing below error.
Machine: Windows 10 x64
IDE: Spring tool suite (spring-tool-suite-4-4.16.0.RELEASE)I have tried to download both the ways like market place and adding eclipse site. but still same issue.
Seems there is an issue in the theme build tool. its looking for org.apache.commons.lang3 with versions 3.1.0 and 3.2.0.
But I can see the version numbers are different in maven repo. it should be 3.1 and 3.2
Kindly check the below link…
https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.commons/commons-lang3Kindly fix this issue.
Here is the error…

support-swapnaModeratorSrihari,
Thank you for your continued love for DevStyle. Sorry that you are seeing installation issues in STS.
I tested with a fresh zip install of Spring Tool Suite 4.16.0 and see no problems with DevStyle installation from Marketplace. How did you install STS? You could explicitly add the Eclipse orbit repository (https://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20220830213456/) to your available update sites (Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites) in case it’s missing to ensure the commons.lang3 plugin can be found during the install.
Hope this helps. Do let us know how this works for you.
