How to Install CodeMix

You may have reached this page by clicking the Drag to Install button on the CodeMix download page. The button allows you to quickly install CodeMix into Eclipse by dragging the button to a running Eclipse workspace.

You must have the Marketplace Client installed to use the Drag to Install button. The Marketplace Client is included in all of the packages available on the Eclipse download page (except Classic Package), and appears as Marketplace Client on the Help menu in Eclipse.

Installing from the Update Site

If preferred, you can install directly from the CodeMix update site. Select Install New Software from the Help menu in Eclipse and use http://www.genuitec.com/updates/codemix/ci/ as the URL. Select CodeMix Essentials, click Next and complete the wizard.
