MyEclipse Group Order Guidelines, Terms and Conditions

1. Price. Standard Subscription is $37 USD per user per year. Professional Subscription is $74 USD per user per year. Blue Edition is $184 per user per year. MyEclipse for Spring is $173 USD per user per year. MyEclipse Bling is $289 per user per year. Our volume discounts include: – 10% 50 – 200 Subscriptions** – 15% 201 – 500 Subscriptions ** – 20% 501 – 1000 Subscriptions** **Volume discounts are per order, and are not accumulative. We encourage our customers to plan ahead for their group by purchasing in blocks of 10 to minimize key and user management and qualify for discounts. We are happy to offer discounts for multi-year subscriptions (up to 6 years). Please contact sales@genuitec.com for pricing. 2. Delivery. All delivery is done digitally. Members can download the MyEclipse Workbench directly from the Genuitec Portal (https://www.genuitec.com/products/myeclipse/download/). Keys are sent via email upon receipt of payment confirmation. 3. Subsciptions. Subscription terms are for 12 months. 4. Part numbers. Standard = P100; Professional = P200; Blue Edition = P300; MyEclipse for Spring = P400; MyEclipse Bling = P500 5. Supported Systems. Supported operating systems include Windows 7 or later, Mac OS 10.9 or later (excluding WebSphere functionality), or modern Linux. 6. Languages. MyEclipse is only available in English. 7. Purchase Orders. To ensure prompt service, please be sure your Purchase Order (purchase orders must be received by our sales department prior to order processing) includes the following:

– Subscriber ID (for customers with established accounts) – End User Name and Email – Technical Contact Name and Email – Purchasing Contact Name and Email
