    Sorry for missing your live chat session.
    It looks like the CodeMix engine has failed to start (a one time failure) but eventually recovered and started.
    Please check if the engine status is connected (hover over the CodeMix icon in the bottom left). If you are still seeing issues, then please reach us via Live Chat to help us diagnose the problem.

    CodeMix Engine will not start. New install on Eclipse 12, Ubuntu.

    Richard,

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
    Can you please shut down Eclipse, delete the engine folder located in your user home directory/.codemix folder and restart Eclipse? This will extract a fresh copy of the engine. If you are still seeing problems with the engine, then please reach us via Live Chat ( Help > CodeMix > Live Chat) for a quick diagnosis. We have some tools available via Live Chat to help us quickly fix the problem.

    If you cannot initiate a chat session at this point of time, then please share with us the workspace log file which is located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log to help us investigate further.
