Have you been able to solve your problem with the temporary license you were sent? If not, could you give us more details on what you’ve tried to purchase a license and what error you are seeing? Any relevant screenshots would help us understand the problems you’re seeing. Attaching the error log from the workspace may also help us investigate. The error log can be exported to a text file from the Error Log view.
