Sorry that you are seeing this problem with CodeMix.
Can you please clarify if it is a new install of CodeMix? Please share with us the workspace log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log (save it as text file and attach it) to help us check for errors logged.

It looks like an incomplete installation of CodeMix. Can you please check if there is
CodeMix Engine.exe
file in this path ? :E:\Eclipse-Oxygen\plugins\com.genuitec.eclipse.code.engine.app.win32.x86_64_3.6.0.202002212104\engine
The log has lot of timed out exceptions related to internet connection. If you have network issues, then you can download the archived update site for CodeMix and install it via Help > Install from Site > Add > Archive and point to the downloaded .zip file. Please take a fresh copy of Eclipse and try installing CodeMix using the archived update site installation.
If the
CodeMix Engine.exe
is present, then do you have any anti virus/firewall running in your machine which could be blocking the exe?Please let us know how you get on with it.
