I’m working in a large workspace with multiple projects and layers to it in Eclipse Oxygen

Version: Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a)
Build id: 20180405-1200
System: Windows 10 v1709 build 16299.371

And I noticed something that is very significant. When using CodeMix Eclipse refuses to close and save workspace. Upon closing Eclipse it will just hang until force closed. However when force closing it will then lock files in the workspace from being updated or removed from either within Eclipse or Windows Explorer until system restart.
